Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their new baby boy.
While the happy couple and new parents made a grand exit from the Lindo Wing of St. Marys Hospital the world was entranced with a glimpse of the future monarch.
Fashionistas, on the other hand, couldn’t help noticing how radiant Kate looked after giving birth.
Kate wore a Jenny Packham pale blue, polka dotted dress to debut herself as a new mom and to introduce her son to the world. And while Kate has worn the famed British designer many times, her fashion choice echoed a similar polka dot design worn by Princess Diana wore when she left the hospital after the birth of Prince William.
Aside from the designer dress and signature L.K. Bennett wedges, Kate’s hair was simply flawless. In anticipation of her delivery day, she stopped by the Rosano Ferretti Hair Spa in London for a $1,500 haircut and color. And on July 23, her stylist visited her in the hospital to give her a blow-out with a slight curl on her ends. To keep you hair looking the best ‘it can be’ here are some tips to keeping your color looking fresher longer. Kate had her simply stylish hair complimented with a fresh face, defined cheeks, nude lipstick and lightly defined eyes.
The baby still has no name, so as the world waits for this news I will be reporting to see how Kate continues to define herself as a stylish new mom and a modern royal.
